Ashwell Place – Watford, Hertfordshire

Situated in the popular residential area of North Watford, Ashwell Place consists of 12 three and four bedroom houses in a quiet cul-de-sac. Built with care and attention to detail by Rice Homes, one of Watford’s longest established and leading developers, Ashwell place was designed to provide optimum living space with homes that are easy to manage and economical to run.

There were four different house types so New Homes Marketing created a generic folder to accommodate a separate site plan and four individual inserts for each house type. Each insert included an artist's illustration of the property, floor plans and a specification list.

Buy designing separate inserts, estate agents were able to send interested purchasers only the house types that suit their individual needs which saves printing costs and prevents confusion for the potential purchaser which may occur if they were sent a large brochure of the whole development.
