A development of just four luxury Victorian style townhouses in the heart of Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire. The accommodation is arranged over four floors providing contemporary living space with all the modern day comforts.

Designed and constructed by Leighton & Henley, Belvedere Place required an upmarket marketing campaign to attract professional couples and young affluent families.

New Homes Marketing created the brand look and feel to appeal to the desired target audience and produced all the advertising materials which included teaser leaflets, adverts, hoarding signs, brochures and a website.

Our team also carry out location photography as well as internal and external photography of the devlopment before and after it is completed. The copywriting for all the materials including the advertising campaign is carried out by our in house team of experienced marketers.
