Old Dairy Mews – St Albans, Hertfordshire

Old Dairy Mews is an exclusive development of six luxury townhouses located in the oldest and most historic Roman town of St Albans, Hertfordshire. Set back from the road, each house is built over three floors and designed in a Victorian style to blend harmoniously with the surrounding neighbourhood.

The brochure was designed to incorporate the idea of contemporary living within a historical area. The advertising and marketing tools focused on an up market look and feel with the aim to invite potential young city professional workers and young families who seek a lifestyle close to all the amenities within St Albans city centre.

Designed by the New Homes Marketing team, the brochure included CGIs, lifestyle imagery, location photos of local attractions and landmarks, floor plan drawings, a site plan and interior photos to provide the buyer with an idea of the quality of the specification.
