Watson’s Mews - St Albans, Hertfordshire

Designed with traditional Victorian terraced elevations, Watson’s Mews is a fine private development of just eleven three storey houses and two bungalows with private gardens and ample parking located in the heart of St Albans city centre.

New Homes Marketing wanted to capture the true essence of this popular old historic market town with its Roman heritage. The luxury brochure included a mix of contemporary design to reflect modern living and the use of traditional illustrations, paper and printing techniques.

Our skilled designers sketched famous landmarks which displayed a more authentic feel within the brochure and the same technique was used to present the floor plans bringing a completely different look and feel from typical new homes brochures.

The development offered the buyer options for different floor layouts so New Homes Marketing designed a brochure to incude a selection of separate floor plan inserts.
