The team at New Homes Marketing created the marketing name for the development and provided RBC Property Developments Ltd and the appointed estate agents with a new homes property brochure that truly reflected how Willow Grove will look before the completion of the build.

Each house was given a name to enhance its individuality and New Homes Marketing produced external CGIs which provided buyers with a very realistic representation of the overall development.

Our property marketing specialist team worked closely with the developer and estate agents to design an advertising campaign that included press adverts, site signage and invitations to a dedicated launch.
